Automatic Wood Panel Stacker
The Automatic Wood Panel Stacker is a high-efficiency automatic stacking device designed for wood panel processing lines. It is mainly used for sorting, aligning, and stacking processed wood panels, MDF, particleboard, and other sheet materials in an orderly manner after sanding, edge banding, cutting, and other procedures. The equipment adopts a PLC control system and photoelectric sensing technology to realize automatic positioning and stacking, with adjustable stacking height and layer quantity. It can be seamlessly connected with front-end automatic feeding and processing equipment to form a complete automated production line, which greatly reduces manual stacking labor intensity, improves stacking efficiency by 70%, and ensures neat and non-damaged stacking of panels.
