The automatic loader is a core auxiliary device at the front end of woodworking production lines. It is mainly used in the following scenarios to meet the processing needs of panels of different scales:

Seamlessly connected with woodworking equipment such as sanding machines, CNC routers, hydraulic cold presses, and edge banding machines to form a continuous production line. It automatically feeds solid wood panels, MDF, and particle boards into the infeed of processing machines, replacing manual loading. This setup is ideal for large-scale panel furniture factories and building material processing plants.

2. Heavy-duty/large-size panel processing
For heavy panels with a thickness over 50 mm and dimensions exceeding 2500 × 1250 mm, manual handling is inefficient and poses risks of material damage and worker injury. The automatic feeding machine uses robotic arms, conveyor systems, or vacuum suction structures to achieve stable and safe automated loading, significantly reducing labor intensity.

3. High-precision processing operations
In processes requiring high feeding accuracy—such as precision cutting, surface sanding, and relief carving—the automatic feeding machine precisely controls panel feeding speed and positioning. This eliminates vibration and misalignment caused by manual loading, ensures consistent machining dimensions, and improves finished product quality.

4. Small- to medium-batch standardized production
For standard-sized panels (such as 1220 × 2440 mm boards), the automatic loader allows preset feeding parameters without frequent adjustments. It is well suited for small and medium factories handling multi-batch, standardized orders, offering both efficiency and flexibility.
